    The two parallel legal cases are totally interrelated imo.

    I would imagine being forced to prematurely remediate a site that ultimatley may be shown not to be contaminated or to represent environmental harm would simply increase the damages claim associated with the parallel case.

    Commonsense is on long service leave here it seems.
