    I had a look at the HHL recent announcements. Between 1 July and 18 Nov they experienced a 14.5% decline in Funds under management from $1.8billion to $1.5billion. Thats a lot of cash for a small cap fund manager to find.

    Says everything about the current state of the market and why small caps are trading at massive discounts

    For the patient investor , great opportunity.
