I guess unfortunately that "smart" is usually judged in hindsight. One thing I do know is that when these decisions are made they seem like the right thing at the time.

There were any number of companies that wen under or lost enormous shareholder value in 2008. Just ask the guys from Oz Mineral. They got caught unable to refinance.

These partner negotiations are always long winded. Going cap in hand is always a tougher negotiation than having the luxury of time.

Good to see GNM slipping below 10% too.

I think this company is undervalued and is doing all the right things to add value. The proof of course will be in the pudding.
