GET OVER IT.
The LYC Board and Nick Curtis are doing a good job and imo I wouldn't have anyone else leading this cutting edge and world leading company .
Sure there have been a few oversights along the way and maybe in hindsight a few things could have been done a bit better. But that is in hindsight, no company is 100% perfect and LYC in creating the Concentration Plant and the LAMP are a world first.
If all you can do is whinge and complain about NC, I sugest that you are amateur, immature investors that have no stomach for this type of share, and you should get out of them and stop boring the ones that do have the confidence in management to stay with it.
