Gerry Harvey tops up
Harvey Norman`s executive chairman Gerry Harvey says the vast majority of the Australian economy is performing as if it is in recession. However the pessimistic view hasn`t stopped Mr Harvey from topping up his stake in the retailer after a recent fall in the share price Mr Harvey has bought 550000 shares on market for $1000000 or $1.82 a share lifting his stake to 171.5 million shares held directly and 140.6 million held indirectly or 29.4 percent of the company.
