i am not a AVI shareholder and only stumbled onto it as I am a Mawson West shareholder and was alerted to the possible invesment via MWE website
The fact that MWE has pulled out of the deal should be a worry to AVI shareholders..imo the MWE team are good operators(despite the fact that their sp has performed badly this year)..so for them to say that the dd didnt stack up needs to be considered
In the curent market AVI are unlikely to be able to raise capital and therefore are at the mercy of some low ball bid
