Notice the explosion of volume and price in the Big Picture chart.. A new trend has been born.

But a toddlers steps are initially erratic.

Chaotic Even ... It can look like its falling over and going backwards. But it is more likely just the nature of baby steps. Three forward and Two ( sometimes more ) Back==> Shaky !

Such behavior has led more than one over the years to comment that early weakness in a New Uptrend should be BOUGHT.

Question is When :-)
