I think to fully understand the test, one has to have intimate knowledge of how these devices work and what the comparative tests are meant to show...I doubt the whole degradability issue is as simple as it sounds. The ultimate test would be which treats the wound better

I'm no scientist, but I would imagine all random tests have to adopt the same procedure to ensure objectivity. Wouldn't changing one dressing and not the other be a bit like telling patients they are taking the placebo?
