Called Brad, who informed me that it has been adjourned (again, 3rd time), with the consent of both parties, as before,
until late Feb 2012.

Draw your own conclusions, but mine is that, given the animus
against us that came from DERM and the Queensland Government,
if they thought they had a good case, they would have had our guts for garters by now.

BUT, I could be wrong!

Boz is this the same court date that you rang about the other day when Brad told you what he said about being adjourned .i wonder if Brad was telling the truth to you Boz funny how there is a court scrip that we can read now .
