Sally i would not be surprised if the 3 month escrow was actually put in place for two fold reasoning: 1) obviously support the price but secondly and more importantly to find a buyer of a large chunk of there current holding post the JV being announced OR to the actual JV partner of Bundi! I really do think they are seeing MTE as there progressive funding of the scandium project so the sooner we get them down to a 5% level of ownership the better in my opinion!

The only catalyst i can see that will fire the MTE SP next year will be the Surat rail construction being put in place and starting! Hopefully the JV will come off but in the current climate i am not as sure as i was 6 months ago!
