I found it very interesting to see that Kalland was also involved with Novo Nordisk and CBIO at the same time. Conflict of interest or am I wrong.

The whole episode of the CBIO saga reeks of something fishy IMO.

The new board should also be investigating all past dealings of previous board members to ensure that shareholders have not been unjustly served. Just a personal opinion but the stock has plummeted over the past few months and resignations have been the theme of the past board members.
