How did this get through:

It means nothing - this is not a definitive output - progression can mean getting on a plane and having a couple of meetings.
It does NOT mean that it is signed off or complete etc etc.
Very wishy washy - I have been a supporter of management but this is unaccountable tripe unless it is supported by success. Progression to success means nothing if it falls over. I hope there is something that we don't know!! I wish I could get myself contracts like this one.
