At least if we (or someone else) put in a bid for $3.00 cash then wah nam would be forced into accepting it, since after all they have declared that's all it's worth.
I would LOVE to see that happen. Wah nam would have egg all over their faces if they denied it. Love to see them get caught out at their own game.
