this will get done by a scheme - so you need to organise a blocking stake of 25% and insist on $100. in bbi - the aussie pref holders were not organised and they got shafted - the NZ prefs were organised led by Hastings - who stared BBI down - and got full value. The good work done by Grahame needs to be converted into an organised voting block - you have been warned - otherwise PXUPA will get shafted - you can bet on it. The Board will tell you it is the only offer and if you don't say yes everyone will lose etc - just like they said in BBI - however - they paid out Hastings in full - because they had the numbers. Get organised before it is too late.
