Re PRU as a good Au exposure - My thoughts:
1. Its got strong protection from falling Au price with Cash costs >600/oz and in production. The gold cost curve seems to be blowing and I'd suggest that this puts PRUs C1 around the 50% mark.
2. PRU also has reasonable leverage to the Au price. More so than its C1 would suggest cf. to a higher C1 producer. Why? Its relatively undervalued and its tracking to ramp up to 350-400k oz in the next 2/3 years.
