last trading day of the quarter

To all those that were led to believe that the various transactions: SIOC, ABSA, Mashala and Vanmag were absolutely going to be finalised in this quarter, good luck! They have 4 hours left of this trading day.

What a bad joke this has become.

I wonder if they knew that end of year holidays would get in the way? Close the office early and run! Now they have the excuse that South Africa has so many hoildays in January that nothing will get done till February.

With the lack of transparency regarding the true reason for the delay in Penumbra, I wonder what the real reason(s) are for the continued delay in getting these transactions sign sealed and delivered?
