re: Ann: Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund-... Good to see APA and HDF are working things out in a more or less cooperative manner. IMO this indicates a higher probability of a fortcominng consensual higher bid e.g. with HDF board recommendation.
Given recent new contract news and the t/o action I would now rate this as a buy at these levels.
