    If they haven't purchased any stock yet it does raise a few questions as to their motivations behind the buy-back announcement...

    I won't throw around any more conspiracy theories, perhaps the price has just not been right for them to throw cash at it?

    IOH share price has held up much better than most in the sector over the last 1-2 weeks.
