So the Chinese have kept quotas as wr last year and the market has another dummy spit.
Reality is at 40kg lyc profit will be $us600m plus which at cash flow of 35c share will make the stock north of $3.
So fundamentals are there So I expect the stock to form a bottom around these low levels before seeing $2 by middle of next year.
Fundamentally the stock will be seen as a bargain post license approval which is on its way.
