Hi all,
It is interesting to compare the price charts of Focus/Northern/SER.
They all have similar pattern .
All of them are down around 50% from their peak in a similar time frame.
An observation which leads me to believe that SER's weakness is not solely a "Mega factor"
Another observation... SER/Mega will be 1st to production.
The convoluted issues with Mega's IPO/Finances will hopefully get ironed out once we show some success in production & cash flow.
people with deep pockets will certainly smell the money & the IPO might be only a formality.
I must say that I decided NOT to vote on the demerger one way or another.....I'll leave to those with more interest & knowledge than myself.
