Agreed WJT most requirements have been met but I wonder if some of the final requirements are a part of the Pre Operating Scenario given and how many will be planned for and further developed along the pre op process given that its not a full operating licence (as I understand it).
There has been a lot of press now supporting Linus however I would say the approval process for LAMP will take a little time, anything worth doing takes time, but once complete it will be solid.
Whatever the ups and downs it should be an interesting year.
