spud i hope you like getting up at 2am to do your washing and not running any of the good things like a/c heaters when you need them..
we are all over a barrel with electricity and fuel and goverments know they can screw us into the ground with charges/taxes.
i'm hoping i haven't done too much damage to my left kidney as i may have to sell it next winter to pay the power Co.
