That is ABSOLUTE CRAP it has never been about easy money it is about slow wealth building. This forum has an abundance of speculating bears that have had their day and still yearn for their speculating paradise that is why they constantly want 40%+ drops.

It has always been about yeilds - but it has been drowned out by all the noise of the easy money made by speculation by some in the last decade. And yes providing accommodation is in part a community service!
