A year ago?. At that time NC was trying to "steal" Crown. I doubt that I was complimentary. I am still critical of Curtis. At the same time I do respect the good work he has done.

I am critical for the following reasons.

1. He tried his hardest to sell out to a Chinese government company and almost succeeded. Then he tried to sell out Crown to a company with a deal that would have given him a great reward and in doing so used a supposedly independent company that he happens to own to recommend the sale as good value. Now in business if I let someone take me down I accept the first time as a mistake. If they take me down a second time then it is an error on my part and I vow never to let it happen again.

2. He is a banker at heart. He is not an engineer or a scientist. Yet he rejects the idea of increasing the board to widen the boards capabilities.

3. I dont consider that he accepts the small shareholders as anything more that a necessary evil. The lengths he went to in opposition to the two great board nominees that we put forward and the pressure he put on them to withdraw from nomination was extraordinary.

4. There never is a "good time" to promote change but I am sure that change is needed. Without our pressure Crown would have gone down the drain.

I am still a member of SAG, I think. Sag is not active at this stage as far as I know. Any action I take or posts I make are my own and not influenced by others. Nor does you approval or disapproval matter in the slightest.

As for trading shares. I do still accumulate freebies from time to time as I have posted in the past. If The price is manipulated down I do buy small lots of around 10,000 and sell 9,000 as soon as the SP increases sufficiently to fully recoup the outlay. That sometimes takes 2 days, sometimes 2 weeks but it always has happened in the past. (I do not rely on Lynas for my income, indeed I do not rely on my share investments to finance my needs.)

From time to time my sentiment changes but never has been "sell". Today it is "buy" because the manipulators have pushed the price down too far. I do have a sell order for 20,000 placed as per my trading for freebies explained above.
