I showed this to my partner who is a banking and finance LAWYER and she's still rolling around LAUGHING.
It's absolute rubbish, you have a percentage of voting rights based on your shares. But when it comes to legal ownership of assets, shareholders are the bottom rung on the ladder. Just ask anyone who invested companies that went into receivership, example PRC.
