The worst thing about this is that they won't be able to complete their proposed loan agreement with RMB for some $10mil as the security is to be the assets of the Mutoshi J/V - that money is definitely needed - I would say they'll have to place 1/2mil shares(10/20mil CDI's) to raise $3/6mil before 30 June.

Yes it must be resolved quickly as work on the Kulu project has probably now been stopped.
