I'm beginning to think we are all right to some extent. Actually the differences are more emphasis than anything else.
The comment period notice is an important milestone, and that will be recognized over time. As the analysts drill down into this process they will have positive things to say about LYC in the coming weeks. Everyone will become more comfortable with just the passage of time.
The stock should move up steadily over the three week period. How much it moves up before the POL and how much on the announcement is hard to say. What is likely to keep the price in check is the company's steadfast refusal to preempt the board in any way.
I still believe we are going to see at least a 30% move, just more may take place earlier than the POL announcement.
This is very good news. The best is yet to come.
