Apart from between end of period and reporting to market, as long as they're not in possession of price sensitive information that hasn't been released to market there is no problem.

We have plenty to be waiting for that's already in the public domain.....collaboration/jv deals on indo coal/tabalong project being very close. Forestry permit due very soon. Development agreement or sale agreement for Mt Webber. Further results from Pilgangoora....all of these things will affect the sp to varying degrees but none of them are unknowns and won't be a surprise to anyone when they come.
