Maybe the PPX ordinary holders can call their group the ducks... only joking.At the end of the day everyone or both sides will be looking to recover their capital.I know the average price Orbis paid is about 50c so they are well out of water about $44 mill out of pocket if they get 9c.On the other side we have the hybrids PIGS which if you do some investigation to see roughly what they paid and how many shares they hold this can be done.So all in all it is hoped that everyone receives at best the capital outlay without the lawyers reaping the rewards and an Australian company paperlinx no longer trading and employing people.
