Im all for safety, dont want any accidents at FML they can be quite expensive. Dollars are tight and we dont want anything to hold up production that can be avoided. So drug test away.

I thought the purpose of testing was to ensure that people were in a fit state for work, not to determine their lifestyle choices. Is a chronic drug user a worse employee than a chronic alcioholic?

Saliva testing and breath testing is the go, make sure they are fit for work on the day, dont worry about what they did last weekend or 6 weeks ago.
