Really cant believe what has happened here.....Management were keen to keep STB with minimal dilution as possible (options related?...) however looks like they undercapitalised the company in 2011 then got caught when the market turned when they needed capital for the next stage (perhaps some helpful selling on the way down to assit lower prices), yep hindsight is everything, but i cant put a positive spin on where STB is now.
