Oh and China as it continues modernization needs energy..badly. 1,300 million souls who want power. What are they to use wind;lol,goodbye REE for the rest of the planet.....solar; suuuuure....coal;CO2++....hydro;no more rivers to cross..... THE ONLY alternative is nuclear until fusion comes along in 20 years absolute minimum.
And China will get its hands on all the U it can get ..stripping Africa and where ever..The US will be left with what is left and what is in the US(Restricted ownership)
