I am guessing the risk isnt the Heritage survey but that a fraction with in the Martu protest the deal and try to have it over turned. Even if they couldnt suceed they may cause delays and uncertainty. I have shares in AGS and NKP, being tied up in litigation is no fun. Just my opinion on the risk at this point. I need to sell my shares to raise cash, sold $7000 at $1, with drew the balance yesterday hoping to squeeze a bit more out of the market in a week or so. Good luck to watchers and holders.
