    Logon is possible again since morning of the fifth.
    According to an email from ETR to me and other affected customers this seems to be the answer:
    "...The performance of our website was impacted by external malicious activity in a denial of service attack. ...
    Immediate action was taken to restrict access from some overseas locations .....:"

    So - if it stays ok, the isssue is settled for me.
