I would be upset at your very strange conclusions and assumptions kincella, about how all of the property bears have stocks that pay no dividends and are all losers etc.
But the fact that you are so presumptuous, indicates to me that whatever property you are heavily invested in, is likely to be a dismal failure going forward, as such presumption and self righteous behavior is usually followed by a large serving of humble pie. This is how it works. Every time I read such posts by some of the more rabid bulls, on any thread, property or equities, I draw this same conclusion.
I get the picture that having all of these annoying bears on this thread is incredibly tiresome for you, but you can't generalize about all the bears in this way. In every group, including the property bulls, there will be reckless investors and conservative ones.
Rather than spending time and energy analyzing other people's risk levels in their portfolios, you could spend it on your own business IMO
