I only say speculative because all stocks are considered so until revenue starts rolling on a regular basis

As you point out,all indications are that GGP will move out of the speculative category in the short term

As several posters have commented it is difficult to find many negatives, i'm not counting "speculative" as a negative, for I believe as you do that we will leave that tag far behind

Then it is onwards and upwards
