good one Buckland ,my point exactly .If you choose to believe eveything that's told to you by directors of a spec company and you cop it where it hurts you need to take that experience on board and don't do it again. You're the one that suffers ,the directors still get paid
Once this was written up by a hot newsletter at the time just after they'd written up another spec company with a mutual director,pulled them both out of nowhere ,and reading what he said about the two of them posted on Hot Copper was really nothing short of outrageously optimistic ,anyone with any experience had alarm bells going off left right and centre.
It's a tough place the market guys ,you need to be very sceptical to make a go of it and take total responsibility for your own decisions.
