I just skimmed over that wah nam mumbo jumbo again. where does it say they intend to de-list at 80% that everyone is saying? It doesn't say that. It says if they get 90% or 75% of what they are offering to acquire , which I interpret to mean 75% of the balance of the 55.33% which they don't own.
so 75% of 44.67% (they don't own) = 33.50%
33.50% + 55.33% = 88.83% (pretty much 90%)
Could be wrong but I don't think they intend to de-list at 80%. If they really wanted to de-list BRM all they have to do is stop paying the ASX listing fee.
I reckon they want to de-list ASX:WNI, evident to me by the fact they don't support the share price and turnover is practically non-existent. I'm sure they hope everyone wil accept the HK shares and then they can delist BRM and WNI at the same time, proving the ASX:WNI was just a rouse to get BRM.
