    They have cancelled the SPP.
    They have not lowered the SPP offer.

    It appears they are confident that the upcoming resource upgrade is good enough to entice shareholders to participate.

    All positive to me!
    Further,
    'the shares in the spin-off entity to be distributed to the existing Hawthorn
    shareholders in the same percentages as shares held in Hawthorn." This is an added bonus if all goes to plan.
