One of the bemusing factors to me is that all the focus is on the LAMP..(as it should be)..whats lost is that the Concentration plant is operating above exspectation and LYC already has ores it could sell tomorrow..a guaranteed income..or plan B if there is a delay on LAMP that would require more capital.
Right now LYC is hardly in a hopeless situation.
