Some people just too selfish to admit their own fault. Just the like the QAN case, many just blame the management in first hand without looking at the mirror first. When things got out of control, they just blame the one who makes the law i.e. "The government". When the company in downturn and the management tried to do something, they blame them for making it worse. When management decided to hands up and let the labour market do their natural duty, they will still said that the management is the one who bring the end to QAN, when it failed.
"Greater power comes with greater responsibility" is what people usually said. That is because the greater your power, the easier it is for you to get blamed on every mistake that some else have done.
