I agree that governments are to blame.
The open skies policy brought in by that furry rat Howard made it a whole new ball game. On top of that, the taxes and regulation they impose are ludicrous. We live in a strange world where educated and intelligent people like pilots and engineers are dictated to by politicians who need not one shred of education or qualification.
