I forgot to mention that the Non-small cell lung cancer research is based on using traditional chemotherapy in conjunction with ddrna. The ddrna making the cells more pervious to the chemo. However, scientists in the US have now found a gene that seems to be a major cause of non-small cell lung cancer and silencing that gene, again using ddrna, could supersede anything that we do with our current research.

As you say, who knows where this will go. What we do know is that the train has now left the station so its get on board as the pace picks up, either on our own or with other technologies in tow. Choo, choo
