This is great news indeed if it is finalised.

Whilst the $60 - $70M will no doubt be nice, I think what may really spur the share price along is the change in psychology in the market.

If AKI is gobbled up, it will start the ball rolling. The market will then look at who will be the next cab off the rank and Marampa becomes an obvious candidate. Then there is Pinnacle as well.

So the market may take another look at CFE and re rate it even before the sale of Marampa or the litigation re the $80M from MCC is resolved.

Who knows, we may see a test of the buyback induced spike of 74 cents in Feb last year.

As long as the o/s markets behave themselves, the next month or so may be very interesting and profitable for CFE holders.
