re: Ann: IronClad places $6 million to Hong K... Have to say i'm a little disapointed. Its great news that we have 'some' of the funding in place, but its unfortunate that its through a share issue which dilutes the rest of us. Although the positive is that it was completed at a premium.

It's just a little annoying that they say dilution is what they want to avoid at all costs basically but then go ahead and do it with no chance for shareholders to maintain their % holding as well.

BUT these things do happen when these small cap companies need cash and a share issue to shareholders would've meant a discount, greater dilution and a lower share price so i guess this is the better of two evils.

I just really hope the options are well and truely in the money sooner rather then later so it can cover some of the financing issues when people take up their options.
