I think its already in print the cabinet will take it up immediately, if the AELB recommends it. Its my understanding the vote would be that day by the cabinet. It may be stretching too much to say its a rubber stamp, but from what I read and answers to my query on this board, it seems highly probable the cabinet will vote the same way as the AELB.
