Yes,in the mining industry,if you are even an hour over you allocated time to finish a job,you and the company gets their arses kicked.And there is a good chance you won't be called back for another.The mine company pay big bucks,our contract employer pays us big bucks,so,in fairness to the mine owner/operator we should deliver.
