It was actually signed after close of business , in New York, on 31/12/11.
There are other ways of building in value without just milestones or sellouts.
MSB showed the way. That ould be the same path that PYC could take.
That wold also explain a very relaxed NW. He has stated quite clearly the "quality and quantity" of deals under negotiation is impressive.
