Speaking of the IP, the latest amendments to the Patent Application were published on IP Australia today, I would say this is the update that was alluded to in the announcement of 28th July, 2011 titled "Update Coldry Patent - Australia".
In part the announcement stated "With the recent allowance of the Coldry Patent application in the United States (announced 29th June, 2011), the Australian application is now proposed to be amended so that the claims are substantially consistent with those allowed in the USA."
Full steam ahead on many fronts it seems.
