    We are going to see an upgrade of the SACL deposit to 1.000.000.000 T + x very soon. With 0,10 AUD/T and the current cash position this would justify min. 0,80 AUD/share (the rest of the company would be for free). Therefore a going private is nonsense, even more for 0,80 AUD.
